Selected areas of advisory work
An overview of the subject areas we typically cover in client engagements. This is general information, not a service offering or pricing schedule.
Portfolio Structuring
Review of how assets are currently allocated across banks, custodians, and asset classes, and how that allocation aligns with a client's stated objectives, time horizon, and risk tolerance. This may include identifying overlap, concentration, or gaps across multiple accounts.
Succession Planning
Coordination of matters related to the transfer of wealth across generations, working in cooperation with a client's notary, tax advisor, and legal counsel. We do not draft wills or binding legal documents ourselves.
Family Governance
Development of frameworks that support decision-making among family members, including shared ownership structures, communication practices, and preparation of the next generation for future responsibilities.
Cross-Border Coordination
Support for clients with holdings or obligations across multiple jurisdictions, focused on coordinating reporting and documentation between advisors in different countries rather than providing tax or legal advice directly.
Risk and Insurance Review
General review of existing insurance and risk-transfer arrangements for consistency with a client's overall financial position, without selling or brokering insurance products.
Financial Documentation Review
Organization and review of a client's existing financial documentation to support clearer decision-making and more efficient collaboration with other professional advisors.
A coordinating role, not a replacement
Our work is designed to complement, not replace, a client's existing professional relationships.
Banks & Custodians
We do not hold client assets. Assets remain with a client's existing banks and custodians throughout.
Legal Counsel
Legal documentation is prepared by qualified legal counsel. We coordinate but do not draft binding legal instruments.
Tax Advisors
Tax positions are confirmed with a client's tax advisor. We do not provide binding tax advice or filings.
